Service Description

Busy people and those with little interest in learning the technology and processes that are necessary to organize, protect and share photos may follow the do-it-for-me path. This is the easiest and most stress-free way to get your photo collection fit. This service is customized for each client and your goals for your photos. We will work together to develop a plan and then a Personal Photo Organizer will DO-IT-FOR-YOU using state-of-the-art remote tools to communicate with you regularly along the way. Once it's organized, we will teach you how to maintain it or help you sign up for the Fit4Life Monthly Membership; a membership option that will allow us to update your collection with the photos you take every month. This plan includes everything necessary to get your photos fit: 1. Free assessment. 2. Custom Photo Fitness Plan. 3. Free photo organization software (paid software options are available at additional cost.) 4. Gather and import all of the photos you provide in one location (up to 10,000 photos). 5. Folder and file name organization based on APPO best-practices recommendations. 6. Identify and remove duplicates. 7. Photos organized in virtual albums and metatagged. 8. Set-up online backup. As a bonus, we will give you one year of Backblaze, absolutely FREE! 9. Sharing recommendations. 10. One Personal Training session to teach you how to maintain your newly organized system. 11. Three months unlimited email and telephone support.

Cancellation Policy

At Photo Gym, we understand things happen in life that sometimes make it impossible to make our appointments. We will make every effort to reschedule missed appointments when we are contacted 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments. If a class must be cancelled we will make every effort to notify you as far in advance as possible. We will attempt to reschedule the class. You will be given the option to have your fee applied to a future class or refunded.
